Our present service includes: 1. **Anonymous Chat**: Connect with random users for conversations. 2. **Safety Features**: Reporting, blocking, and moderation tools. 3. **Community Guidelines**: Rules and standards for user behavior. 4. **Support Services**: Customer support and help resources. The AI Dating App is under development and will be a separate, premium (paid) service. Additional terms will apply to the AI Dating App at launch and will be presented for your review and consent.

As a user of Stranger Mingle, you agree to: 1. **Age Requirement**: Be at least 18 years old. Our free anonymous chat has no signup; users self-certify their age and violations may result in access restrictions. 2. **Follow Community Guidelines**: Respect other users and maintain appropriate behavior. 3. **Report Inappropriate Behavior**: Use reporting tools for safety concerns. 4. **Maintain Account Security (If Applicable)**: If you later create an account for premium services, keep your credentials secure. 5. **Comply with Laws**: Use the service in accordance with applicable laws. 6. **Respect Privacy**: Do not attempt to identify or track other users outside the platform.

All content on Stranger Mingle, including but not limited to: 1. **Platform Design**: User interface, features, and functionality. 2. **Trademarks**: Stranger Mingle name, logo, and branding. 3. **Software**: Code, algorithms, and technical implementations. 4. **Content**: Text, images, and other materials created by us. Is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our property or that of our licensors.

Your privacy is important to us. For free anonymous chat, we do not track or store personal data or chat content. If you opt into the AI Dating App waitlist, we process your name and email solely for communications. The AI Dating App will have a separate Privacy Policy and may require additional data with your consent.

Stranger Mingle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to: 1. **Service Availability**: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. 2. **Content Accuracy**: We do not verify user-generated content. 3. **User Behavior**: We cannot control how other users behave. 4. **Technical Issues**: We are not responsible for technical problems or data loss. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
